Floral Designer
Location: Dar Kulaib, Bahrain
Salary: $1700 per month


As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality products that meet the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create floral arrangements using fresh flowers, foliage, and other materials
- Ensure that all arrangements are visually appealing and meet our quality standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials when necessary
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
- Manage pricing of products based on cost of materials and labor involved
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their properties
- Proficiency in using floral design tools such as scissors, wire cutters, etc.
- Strong creative skills and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in floristry or related field
- Previous experience working in a flower shop or event planning company
- Familiarity with different styles of floral design
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
