Carpenter for Residential Construction in Sheduva, India



We are seeking a skilled Carpenter with experience in residential construction to join our team in Sheduva, India. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1200$, and we are looking for an English-speaking candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine materials required and dimensions needed
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut or shape wood, plywood, and wallboard using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, etc.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures
- Follow safety precautions at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Knowledge of wood properties and other building materials
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, etc.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects when needed
- Attention to detail and precision in measurements
- Good communication skills in English
- Indian nationality preferred
