Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing computer systems and processes within our company to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current computer systems and processes
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for changes
- Work with various departments to gather data and understand their specific needs
- Develop solutions to address identified issues and implement changes
- Test new systems and processes to ensure functionality and compatibility with existing systems
- Train employees on how to use new technology or systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python
- Familiarity with database management systems, network configurations, and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different teams

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Kaunas, Lithuania

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship will be available for qualified candidates.
