Entry-Level Web Designer

As an entry-level web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Your main duties will include designing website layouts, creating graphics and images, and ensuring that all content is optimized for web use. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for web design to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Design website layouts and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and other web design tools
- Create graphics, images, and other visual elements for websites
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive design and functionality across all pages of a website
- Optimize website content for improved search engine rankings
- Test website functionality and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and techniques

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in graphic design, web design or related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent eye for detail and ability to create visually appealing designs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (preferred)

This is a contract position with the potential for full-time employment. While prior experience is not required, candidates must have a portfolio showcasing their web design skills.
