Machine Learning Engineer (Contract) - Remote


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. This role is ideal for an English-speaking individual with a strong background in machine learning and a passion for developing innovative solutions.

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable)

Location: Remote (preference for Sheduva, Lithuania)

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop robust solutions.
- Conduct data analysis and pre-processing tasks to prepare data for modeling.
- Implement machine learning models into production environments.
- Continuously research and evaluate new techniques and technologies in the field of machine learning.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of machine learning techniques such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R or Java.
- Experience with popular machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with big data tools like Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of software development best practices.

Note: This is a contract position with potential for extension based on performance. Candidates must have the ability to work remotely with occasional travel to Sheduva for team meetings. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds including Malayalees.
