Executive Chef


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality and delicious meals are consistently provided to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Executive Chef, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating innovative and unique dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and create new dishes that meet the restaurant's standards and reflect current food trends
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations and consistent quality of food
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with other departments to plan events and special menu offerings
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Knowledge of international cuisines, techniques, and ingredients
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have own visa or able to obtain one in Qatar

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Doha, Qatar (Filipino nationality preferred)
