Barista - Coffee Shop (Nairobi, Kenya)



We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to customers while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages including coffees, teas, smoothies, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure quality and consistency in every cup served
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop including the counter, equipment, and seating area
- Stock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the coffee shop

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- No English language skills required
- Previous experience as a Barista is not necessary but preferred
- Full-time availability with flexible scheduling including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary: $1400 per month
