As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery and equipment to complete a variety of construction, mining, or manufacturing tasks. You will use your skills and knowledge to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the equipment, while following all company and industry regulations. This role requires physical stamina, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning and identify any potential issues
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while operating equipment on job sites
- Read and interpret construction plans or blueprints to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work schedules and ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor equipment performance to identify any malfunctions or damages
- Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees/Egyptian candidates preferred)
