Architectural Designer

As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing architectural plans and drawings for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to bring their visions to life. You must have a strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction processes to ensure that your designs are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. Attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and requirements
- Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of design plans
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction processes to incorporate them into design plans
- Make necessary adjustments to designs based on feedback from clients or project managers
- Present design plans to clients for approval
- Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure that they are following the design plans accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Location: Acre

Salary: $1700 per month

Note: This job is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and travel ticket provided. Part-time options may also be available.
