Team Lead (Indian Nationals)


We are hiring a Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Jerusalem. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking professionals, ensuring high quality output and maintaining a positive work environment. This position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as previous experience in a similar role. Indian nationals with a biometric passport are preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of English-speaking professionals
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure timely completion of projects with high quality output
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, updates, and concerns
- Identify training needs and provide necessary support for professional development

Requirements:
- Indian national with a valid biometric passport
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with diverse teams is an advantage

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)
