Radio Technician


We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The ideal candidate will have experience in radio technology and maintenance, as well as strong problem-solving skills. This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month and provides accommodation and visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on radio equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radios
- Install new radio equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of equipment repairs and replacements
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate repair schedules
- Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies related to radio equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in radio technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of radio systems, antenna installation, and signal propagation
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with specific types of radios (ex. VHF, UHF)
- Familiarity with software used for programming radios (ex. Motorola CPS)
- Knowledge of basic electrical principles and circuitry
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
