Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Bayan. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Supervise construction teams and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality

This position is suitable for Indian nationals who have English proficiency. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Previous experience in construction management is preferred but not required. This role is open to both men and women who possess the necessary qualifications.
