Formworker Supervisor

As a Formworker Supervisor, you will oversee and manage a team of formworkers to ensure the successful construction of concrete structures. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive experience in formwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, reading and interpreting blueprints, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position is suitable for men from any nationality with at least 5 years of experience in formwork and the ability to work without accommodation. A valid visa and ticket will be provided. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of formworkers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Coordinate with project managers to determine project requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Train and mentor new team members
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a formworker or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of formwork techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required on construction sites
- Valid visa (if required) and ticket provided by employer
