As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the coffee shop and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, such as coffee, tea, smoothies, and more.
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and using proper brewing techniques.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop, including restocking supplies.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalee or Filipino languages is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (great for students!).
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
