Maintenance Technician



We are hiring a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bayan. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify any maintenance needs
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Install new appliances and fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC systems, lighting, and other equipment
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for repairs
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of building maintenance processes and procedures
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks

Preferred Requirements:
Our ideal candidate would be an Indian national with previous experience working as a Handyman. Fluency in English is not required for this position. We also welcome female applicants who are interested in working in the field of maintenance.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
