As our Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and recommendations for our company. You will work closely with various departments to identify key business questions and help drive strategic decision-making through data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop and maintain databases to store and retrieve data
- Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data analysis
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions
- Use statistical methods and tools to provide actionable insights
- Continuously monitor the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis or related field preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as R or Python
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner
