Barista - Coffee Shop (Ashdod)


We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Ashdod. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This is a contract position, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and more
- Ensure consistent quality in all drinks served by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café area, including the espresso machine, counters, tables, and chairs
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments using the cash register system
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude and addressing any questions or concerns they may have
- Assist with food preparation as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English or Hebrew.
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is located at our coffee shop in Ashdod. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Israel.
