IT Manager (Kaunas)

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Information Technology Manager with strong leadership and technical skills. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and strategy of our company in Kaunas, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. You will manage a team of IT professionals and work closely with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions that support our business goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of all IT systems
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the IT department
- Identify areas for improvement in technology infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements to facilitate innovation within the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and system security
- Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
