IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technological needs of our company in Kaunas. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing our organization's technology operations, ensuring that all systems and processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT policies and procedures, overseeing the maintenance of hardware and software systems, and managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of our company's technological infrastructure
- Oversee the maintenance of hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor network performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems as needed
- Manage budget for technology expenses, including negotiating contracts with vendors
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, hardware/software troubleshooting, and data backup/recovery processes
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various departments within the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Knowledge of budgeting processes for technology expenses
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field preferred

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Kaunas (Indian candidates preferred)
