We are hiring a skilled Dismantler to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling various mechanical and electrical equipment, such as vehicles, appliances, and machinery. Your main goal will be to carefully remove parts and components while ensuring their proper functioning for future use.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble vehicles, appliances, or machinery according to safety procedures and technical specifications
- Identify and remove usable parts and components
- Inspect parts for damage or wear and report any issues to the supervisor
- Clean and prepare parts for storage or shipping
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Basic knowledge of vehicle or equipment systems is an asset
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
