Mason - Construction Worker


We are hiring a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Muharraq. As a Mason, you will be responsible for building and repairing structures using various materials such as brick, stone, and concrete. Your main duties will include mixing mortar, laying bricks, and ensuring that all work is completed according to construction plans and specifications.

To excel in this role, you must have experience working as a Mason and possess strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials. The ideal candidate should also have excellent hand-eye coordination, physical strength, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and equipment
- Mix mortar according to specified proportions for bricklaying or other tasks
- Lay bricks or other materials accurately according to blueprints or drawings
- Spread mortar between joints using trowels or other tools
- Cut or shape bricks using hammers, chisels, or power saws
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or other materials
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Mason in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job
