Sales Manager - Hotel Industry
We are currently hiring a Sales Manager for our luxurious hotel in Herzliya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for the hotel through effective sales strategies and strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the hotel industry in Herzliya or Israel.
- Knowledge of the local market and existing network of contacts.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Salary: 1200$ (negotiable based on qualifications)
