Hotel Sales Manager
We are a luxury hotel located in the beautiful city of Herzliya, looking for an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management
- Attend industry events to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary: 1300$ per month
Location: Herzliya, Israel (Candidates from India or Kerala preferred)
