QA Engineer


As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. You should have a strong understanding of software development processes and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Vilnius, but we welcome candidates from all nationalities to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for our software products
- Identify, document, and report bugs using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression testing to ensure that previously reported bugs have been fixed
- Conduct system testing to ensure that all components work together seamlessly
- Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and user experience of our products
- Continuously improve the QA process by suggesting new tools or methodologies
- Stay updated on industry best practices for software testing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
