We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or ground-mounted systems according to engineering plans and specifications
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of panels for maximum energy production
- Connect panels to electrical systems, including wiring, inverters, and batteries
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working at heights

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Knowledge of solar panel installation techniques and electrical systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience working with both residential and commercial solar installations
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
