Fitter Technician


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Fitter Technician to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Fitter Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment in various industries. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install mechanical systems according to blueprints and technical specifications
- Conduct regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Operate various hand tools and power tools to complete tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on schedule

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in fitting work
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Jerusalem. Applicants from Kenya are preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered. Fluency in English is required.
