We are currently seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. This is an urgent contract position with a highly competitive salary of 1300$. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify patterns and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to help drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting, organizing and analyzing large sets of data using advanced statistical methods
- Developing and implementing data models, algorithms and visualization tools
- Identifying trends and patterns in data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on data-driven insights
- Communicating complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Staying current with industry trends and advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or a related field
- Proven experience working with large datasets and utilizing statistical tools such as R or Python
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL or Hadoop
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
