Office Clerk
Location: Dukhan, Canada
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports for budgeting purposes
- Assist with data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Complete general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
- Previous experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Canada.
