Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Industrial Architect to join our team in Acre, working on projects for our Indian clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and analyze existing structures to identify design opportunities and challenges
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed plans, layouts, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Utilize your knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and safety regulations to create structurally sound designs
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful implementation of designs
- Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1300$ per month based on experience.

Location: Acre (preference for Indian candidates).
