Responsibilities:

- Create strategies to improve team performance and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Develop training programs for new employees and provide ongoing training for current employees
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to the team's function
- Maintain open communication with team members, address any issues or concerns, and foster a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Experience in managing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
