RECRUITERS WANTED – SEASONAL AGRICULTURAL WORKERS | INDIA REGION

Region: India (Remote or via Local Partner Offices)
Positions to Fill: 70 fruit and vegetable pickers, 50 greenhouse assistants
Sectors: Agriculture, Seasonal Farming
Estimated Recruiter Earnings: €7,000–€12,000/month

We are actively seeking recruitment agents across India to source workers for seasonal agricultural employment in Norway and the United Kingdom. Employment is formalized through direct contracts with European employers.

Covered by the Candidate:
Only official visa application fees.

Recruiter Role:

• Pre-screen and prepare candidates (ages 18–55)

• Communicate basic expectations and collect documents

• Assist with onboarding in coordination with our team

Languages Preferred: Hindi, Bengali, English
Commission Paid Monthly Throughout the Contract Duration.
