Handyman for Facility Management Services in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

As a Handyman for our facility management services in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities. Your main duties will include performing repairs, regular maintenance tasks, and ensuring the overall functionality of our buildings.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical stamina and strength to carry out manual tasks
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of our buildings to identify any maintenance needs
- Performing repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, painting walls, etc.
- Handling basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
- Cleaning and maintaining common areas including hallways, restrooms, etc.
- Assisting with moving furniture or equipment when needed
- Keeping track of necessary supplies and reporting when stocks are running low
