Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden. As the Architecture Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the architecture department, including project planning, design, and implementation. You will oversee a team of architects and collaborate with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or related field
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of architectural design software
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architecture department, including setting goals, assigning tasks, and overseeing project progress
- Collaborate with other departments to develop project plans and ensure timely completion of projects
- Review architectural designs for accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Provide guidance and support to architects throughout the design process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Prepare reports for upper management on project progress
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
