Plasterer - Siauliai, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to different surfaces such as walls, ceilings, and building exteriors. You will also be required to prepare surfaces before plastering by cleaning and smoothing them and ensuring they are properly waterproofed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut plasterboard to fit walls and ceilings
- Mix plaster materials according to specific ratios
- Apply coats of plaster onto surfaces using hand tools or machines
- Smooth out rough spots and create even finishes
- Install metal corner beads around doorways and windows for reinforcement
- Repair any cracks or holes in existing plasterwork
- Follow safety regulations and wear protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, Lithuania. We welcome applications from all nationalities; however, Canadian or Kenyan candidates are preferred.

Accommodation:

Travel Requirement:
Candidates must have a valid biometric passport as travel may be required within Lithuania for project sites.
