Junior Florist

We are a growing flower shop in Siauliai and we are seeking a talented, creative, and hardworking Junior Florist to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone with a passion for flowers and design. As our Junior Florist, you will assist our senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in designing and creating floral arrangements.
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, cutting, and arranging them.
- Help maintain the shop's inventory of flowers and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs.
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times.
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create various arrangements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Passion for flowers and design.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and styles.
