Job Title: Librarian - Jizan, Saudi Arabia


We are hiring a highly organized and knowledgeable Librarian to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and organizing events to promote literacy and education.

Requirements:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a librarian
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of library systems and cataloging techniques
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong research skills

Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection by cataloging, shelving, and maintaining inventory
- Assist patrons with finding resources and conducting research
- Plan and organize events such as book clubs, storytime sessions, and workshops to promote literacy
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations to expand the library's reach
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in library services to improve efficiency and accessibility
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons
- Maintain library records and compile reports as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
