Metal Fabricator

A metal fabricator is responsible for creating metal structures and components using specialized tools and techniques. This role may involve working with a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, cutting, and shaping metal to meet specific design specifications. They must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

As a metal fabricator in Remish, the successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers to bring their designs to life. This may involve working on large-scale projects such as building structures or smaller custom pieces.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Measure and mark out materials according to specifications
- Operate specialized tools such as welding equipment, grinders, and saws
- Cut, bend, shape, and join metal pieces using various techniques
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a metal fabricator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy materials
- Attention to detail
- Team player with good communication skills

Preferred:
- Certification in welding or other relevant trade
- Experience with different types of metals
- Familiarity with CNC machines
- Ability to work independently
