Architecture Manager

The Architecture Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of architectural projects in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture with experience managing projects from conception to completion. They must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as they will be responsible for coordinating with clients, contractors, and other team members. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month, open to both experienced professionals and fresh graduates looking to gain valuable experience in the field of architecture. Fluency in English is required.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about architecture and has a strong work ethic. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field of architecture and be familiar with all aspects of project management including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. They must also possess strong technical skills in architectural software such as AutoCAD or Revit.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from concept design to construction completion
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Review designs for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on project tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
