We are seeking an Entry Level Turner to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and tools to shape and cut metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career as a Turner without previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathe, milling machine, drill press, and other tools to shape metal parts
- Follow blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate measurements and dimensions
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for quality control
- Select appropriate tools, materials, and feeds/speeds for each job
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of machining principles and tools
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
