Baker Assistant


We are a busy bakery in Doha looking for a skilled Baker Assistant to join our team. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist the head baker in preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for baking to gain experience and develop their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the head baker in preparing and measuring ingredients
- Mix and knead dough according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing cabinets
- Monitor baking process to ensure quality and consistency
- Decorate pastries and cakes as needed
- Clean and maintain baking equipment and work area
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a bakery or similar environment
- Knowledge of different types of flours, yeast, and other baking ingredients
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Must have own visa or valid work permit for Qatar

Salary:
Starting salary is 1400$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Doha, Qatar.

Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals with proficiency in English. Part-time positions may be available depending on candidate's availability.
