Sales Manager


We are in search of an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and performance of the company in order to meet and exceed revenue targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide coaching, training, and support
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in the biometric passport industry is preferred
