Sales Manager - Nizwa, Oman
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all sales activities in Nizwa, Oman. Your main goal will be to increase company revenue by identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in Nizwa
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Train and mentor sales team members to ensure high performance
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall company performance
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (open to all nationalities)
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Nizwa for client meetings
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Contract Type: This is a full-time contract job.
