Architecture Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of architecture projects in Remish. As an Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of architects and ensure the timely and successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring that all designs meet quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the design process to ensure that all designs meet quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plan.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide design solutions that meet their needs.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders on project progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project.

This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month. It is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
