We are seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. This position is perfect for an Indian professional looking for English speaking jobs abroad. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings and structures in Sheduva. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historic buildings and structures in Sheduva to understand their significance and architectural features
- Develop preservation plans and strategies to maintain the integrity of these structures while ensuring they meet safety and accessibility standards
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement preservation projects
- Conduct site visits to assess the condition of historic buildings and provide recommendations for repairs or restoration work
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Monitor ongoing preservation projects to ensure quality control and adherence to timelines
- Stay updated on local regulations and guidelines related to historic preservation in Sheduva

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience working on preservation projects, preferably with historic buildings or structures
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and guidelines related to historic preservation in Sheduva
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough research on historic buildings
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Salary: 1000$ per month

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Lithuania.
