Barista for Indian Cafe in Sheduva, Lithuania

We are seeking a talented and experienced Barista to join our team at our Indian cafe in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You must have a passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of different brewing methods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including the espresso machine and equipment
- Ensure all food and beverage items are stocked and displayed correctly
- Greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a positive attitude
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods such as pour-over, French press, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be legally eligible to work in Lithuania

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.
