Merchandiser - Bansko, Canada

We are in need of a detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko, Canada. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring inventory levels, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in merchandising or retail is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for product placement and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure that popular products are always in stock
- Collaborate with the buying team to select product assortments
- Create displays that effectively market products and attract customers
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail (1+ years)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Knowledge of current industry trends and consumer behavior
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
