We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing online discussions and ensuring that all content posted is in compliance with our company's guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and follows company guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and maintain guidelines for user-generated content
- Identify and report any inappropriate or fraudulent activities on the platform
- Work closely with the customer service team to address any user concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an online moderator or community manager
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online community management tools
- Ability to remain unbiased and handle difficult situations professionally
