Moderator for English Speaking Online Platform (Filipino Candidates Preferred)


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our team in Vilnius. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our English speaking online platform. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate all user-generated content on the platform, including comments, posts, and messages
- Enforce community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users
- Respond to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the platform's features and functionality
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in online moderation or community management preferred
- Strong understanding of internet culture and social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Preference will be given to Filipino candidates who are able to work without accommodation. We also offer free visa sponsorship and travel ticket for selected candidates.
