Electrician Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Electrician Supervisor to oversee our team of electricians in the city of Sheduva. As an Electrician Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. You will also be responsible for training and supervising a team of electricians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of electricians, assigning tasks and overseeing their work
- Review project plans and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide guidance to team members
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and building codes
- Train new electricians on proper techniques and procedures
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Maintain accurate records of work completed by the team
- Communicate with clients to discuss project timelines and any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an electrician in residential or commercial settings
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and wiring methods
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
- Valid electrician license/certification required

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Sheduva (preference for local candidates)

Nationality: Indian (preference for Indian candidates)

Language Requirement: Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
