The ideal candidate for this position would be a skilled and experienced body repair master who is able to perform high-quality repairs on various types of vehicles. As a body repair master, you will be responsible for assessing damage, creating repair plans, and completing repairs in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work with precision will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the reputation of our auto repair shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing damage to vehicles and creating repair plans
- Removing damaged parts and repairing or replacing them as needed
- Sanding, priming, and painting repaired areas to match the original finish
- Ensuring all repairs are completed to industry standards and within given timeframes
- Communicating with customers about the repair process and providing updates as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a body repair master or in a similar role
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment for auto body repairs
- Knowledge of different types of vehicles, their structures, and materials used in their construction
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new techniques in the industry

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.

City:
This position is located in Sheduva, Lithuania. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Lithuania.

Fluency in English is preferred for this position.
